Learned counsel for the petitioner states that incorrect/ incomplete prayer has been made in the relief clause of this transfer application. He, therefore, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the transfer application with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Accordingly the transfer application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
