The earlier counsel for the petitioner no. 2 Sri Rajesh Yadav has not appeared. Sri Dhamendra Yadav and Afzal Ahmad Khan have appeared for the petitioner no. 2.
Today, the petitioners appeared. The petitioner no. 1 stated before the Court that she would like to go with her parents. The petitioner no. 2 stated that since the petitioner no. 1 has desired to go with her parents he could not insist on her going with him.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
