JUDGMENT / ORDER

On the relationship between the petitioner and the respondent becoming bitter and unpleasant, it is alleged that the respondent instituted O.P.(H.M.A.) 1127 of 2012 before the Family Court, Thiruvalla for dissolution of marriage. The petitioner is residing at Kollam and in the wedlock the petitioner has a child who is aged five years and is being looked after by the petitioner. The petitioner points out that she finds it extremely difficult to go over to Thirualla to attend the court on all posting dates. She also points out that she is financially poor and there is nobody to accompany her. According to her, she has to take the child to Thiruvalla on all occasions. She therefore prays for transfer of the case to the Family Court, Kottarakkara.
Tr.P.(C).484/2013.
2 2. Even though the respondent was served with notice, he has not entered appearance and no objection is seen raised.
For the above reasons, this petition is allowed and O.P.(H.M.A.) 1127 of 2012 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla shall stand transferred to Family Court, Kottarakkara.
