Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is a lady and she had lodged a report under Section 498A, 323, 506 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act in which the charge-sheet was submitted to O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 and they were facing trial since 2014. It is argued that the trial is moving at snail steps.
In the light of the aforesaid, the trial court is directed to expedite the hearing of the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order on day to day basis unless there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid directions, this application stands disposed of.
