Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has no instructions from the appellant. Hence, this Court is of the view that the appellant is not inclined to prosecute the matter further.
Recording the same, the criminal appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
