Sri Hari Narayan Singh, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of Gaon Sabha.
Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 28.9.2020 passed by respondent no. 2 Additional Commissioner (Administration), Kanpur Division, Kanpur.
Perusal of the order impugned herein shows that it is an order of remand.
I do not find any ground to interfere with the order impugned herein. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
However, respondent no. 3 - Naib Tehsildar area Kahingjari Tehsil Rasulabad, District Kanpur Dehat is directed to pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of self attested copy of the order, which may be verified from the official website of this Court.
