Petitioner is a lady Constable posted at Jalaun.Her husband is also in police department and is presently posted at Lucknow. In terms of the transfer policy, the petitioner has approached the authority concerned for being posted at the station where her husband is posted, in terms of the transfer policy dated 29.3.2018. Grievance of the petitioner is that such a representation of the petitioner has not been considered by the authority concerned.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, writ petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 in respect of her grievance alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. In case, such a claim is raised, the authority concerned shall examine the petitioner's grievance, in accordance with law and also in terms of the transfer policy, by passing a reasoned order within a period of three months thereafter.
