This Court had passed the following order on 14.02.2019:

"Learned Standing Counsel states that she has received the comments/instructions. She prays for and is granted three day's time to file counter affidavit. One weeks' time thereafter shall be available to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.

List immediately thereafter."

Sri Anil Chaubey, learned Standing Counsel prayed further time to file counter affidavit as he has informed that despite repeated letters written, nobody is responding from the department for preparation and filing of counter affidavit.

On his request, two weeks and no more further time is granted.
