JUDGMENT / ORDER

The application has been filed for correction of a clerical error in the order dated 19.7.2012.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the respondent needs to pay salary to the petitioner from 14.2.2009 till 28.5.2009. By error, in paras 1 and 4 of the order, date '28.3.2009' has wrongly been recorded in place of '28.5.2009'.
The application is allowed.
Order dated 19.7.2012 be corrected.
In paras 1 and 4 of the said order, instead of 28.3.2009, '28.5.2009' be recorded.
