JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 5
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 7252 of 2021 Petitioner :- Anupam Lata Verma Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ranjeet Asthana Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,M.N. Singh,Nipun Singh
Hon'ble Saral Srivastava,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondent no.1 and Sri Nipun Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 05.04.2021, passed by respondent no.3-Secretary, U.P. Public Commission, District Prayagraj, by which the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner has not enclosed her registration certificate and experience certificate respectively.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in the application form, there was no column for enclosing the experience certificate as well as registration certificate, due to which the petitioner could not enclose the same along with the application form.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed the relevant conditions of the Advertisement No.A-2/E-1/2019 dated 16.10.2019, which provides that candidature of a candidate may be cancelled if he does not enclose all the certificates relevant. Relevant 'Note' placed by the learned counsel for the respondents is extracted herein-below:-
"The candidates must enclose self attested copies of all certificates in support of their claims rendered in the application form for main examination of the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (General Recruitment/Special Recruitment) Examination and Assistant Conservator of Forest/Range Forest Officer Services Examination. If they do not enclose self attested copies of all certificates in support of their claims, their candidature shall be cancelled."
5. Be that as it may, there is a 'Note' in the advertisement, extracted above, which clearly provides tht if a candidate does not enclose all the relevant documents, his/her candidature shall be cancelled. In the instant case, it is not in dispute that the petitioner has not enclosed the Bar Council certificate as well as experience certificate along with the application form. Therefore, this Court does not find any illegality in the order dated 05.04.2021, impugned in the writ petition.
6. Acordingly, the writ petition lacks merit and is, dismissed.
