ORDER 1. The judgment-debtor in Execution Case No.645/2014 has come up in these writ petitions impugning the order dated 19.12.2014.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the proceedings in Execution Case No.645/2014 is looked into in the website of City Civil Court, Bengaluru. It is seen that Execution Case No.645/2014 has already been disposed of vide order dated 09.01.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions as the same have become infructuous. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
