Heard Sri Umesh Vats, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 10.2.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 99 of 2019, under sections 304-B, 498-A, 504 IPC & Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kotwali Deoria, District Deoria.
Matter relates to dowry death, the Court is not impressed with the contention that the petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law, residing separately, which cannot be examined in this jurisdiction.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
