Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes that he shall remove the defects pointed out by the Registry within a period of ten days of the withdrawal of lockdown restrictions.
Heard Sri Saksham Agarwal learned counsel for petitioners and Sri S.K. Khare learned standing counsel for State.
The petitioners who are Constables/Head Constables in district Lucknow at different places, have been transferred to different districts by the impugned order dated 23.12.2020, 24.12.2020 and 22.5.2021 contained in Annexure No.1, 2 and 3 to the writ petition.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the district Lucknow is still under the lockdown conditions and thus serious challenges are faced by the family of petitioner in effcting the transfer order.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are permitted to make a fresh representation before the O.P. No.2, Director General of Police, U.P., Lucknow within two weeks from today annexing therewith a printout copy of this order. The O.P. No.2 shall consider and decide the said representation within six weeks from the date a printout copy of this order is place before him. Till disposal of aforesaid representation, the transfer order against the petitioners shall remain in abeyance.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
