Petitioners had applied for appointment against advertisement No.A-4/E-1/2017 dated 30.12.2017 but have not been selected. Recruitment otherwise has concluded. Present writ petition has been filed contending that large number of vacancies still exists against which petitioner could be accommodated.
Except to make general allegations in that regard, petitioner has not brought on record any material which may show that number of vacancies are still available and have not been filled.The recruitment otherwise has been finalised in the year 2018. Merely on the basis of vague and unsubstantiated allegations, this Court would not be justified in entertaining the writ petition so as to direct the respondents to fill up the alleged vacancies after such long lapse of time.
Dismissed accordingly.
