Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the NCR dated 03.01.2021 being NCR No.63 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504 IPC, P.S. Bisrakh, District- Gautam Budh Nagar and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press this writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
