JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19351 of 2008 Between:
Anumala Aruna Kumrai PETITIONER AND 1. The District Collector, Nellore, Nellore District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
When the case was called on 08.12.2014 learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Hence the matter was directed to be posted today. Even today, when the case is called, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf.
Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
