Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Standing counsel has appeared for respondents 1,2 and 3 and Sri Satyendra Nath Tiwari for respondents no. 4 and 5.
The contention of the petitioners is that on his private land a road has been carved out without paying any compensation.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in connection with the above grievance they have filed representations dated 10.3.2015 and 19.4.2018 before the District Magistrate. They want that their aforesaid representations may be considered for the purposes of payment of compensation.
In view of the limited prayer so made, we dispose of the writ petition directing respondent no. 2 to consider the grievance of the petitioners after verifying facts and in case any land of the petitioners has been illegally utilized for construction of the road, ensure payment of compensation to the petitioners in accordance with the government Order dated 12.5.2016.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
