Present application has been filed for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.7.2018 passed in Writ-C No. 23694 of 2018.
At the very outset, Sri Anoop Baranwal, learned counsel for the applicant states that the present application may be dismissed as having become infructuous as the order of the Writ Court has already been complied with by the authority concerned.
In such view of the matter, present application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
