1. Heard Sri Mahesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for respondents.
2. This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing First Information Report dated 30.09.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 360 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi.
3. Learned A.G.A. informed that final report has been submitted in the matter.
4. In view thereof, since petitioners have now remedy before Court concerned, hence no interference is called for under Article 226 of Constitution of India.
5. Dismissed accordingly. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
