Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation of case crime No. 240 of 2014, under sections 394, 307, 302/34 IPC, P.S. Patti, District Pratapgarh.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is a case in which one person has been killed and Rs. eight lacs. has been looted. In such circumstances, we feel it proper that proper investigation of this case may be done and it shall be ensured by S.P., Pratapgarh. the investigation of this case shall be done by the crime branch of the district Pratapgarh.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
