JUDGMENT / ORDER

Chief Justice's Court
Case :- PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) No. - 2151 of 2019 Petitioner :- Anuj Kumar Yadav And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Agnivesh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Pranvesh Hon'ble Govind Mathur,Chief Justice Hon'ble Vivek Varma,J.
This petition for writ is preferred to have an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to conduct an enquiry with regard to alleged irregularities said to be existing in Bal Vikash Karyalaya, Bharthana, District- Etawah.
This petition for writ lacks necessary details to substantiate the allegations. The petitioners also failed to disclose their complete credentials in the petition for writ. The only assertion in this regard is that "the petitioners are resident of the district- Etawah and the petitioners are aware of their rights and also towards the rights of the general public". It is well settled that a person approaching the Court in public interest litigation jurisdiction is required to give his all credentials in relation to his social activities and the other modes adopted by him for redressal of public grievance. Such person should also come before the Court with all necessary facts relating to the issue in question.
As already stated in the case in hand, the averments contained in the petition for writ are quite vague and no definite material is available for adjudication of the issue concerned.
The writ petition is dismissed.
