ORDER This petition is posted today to hear regarding maintainability, as the 1st petitioner in this petition has already been released on bail by this Court in Criminal Petition No.6608/2019, which was disposed of on 11.11.2019.
In spite of granting sufficient opportunity, the learned counsel for the petitioners did not appear before the Court to assist the Court to hear regarding maintainability of the petition. It appears, the learned counsel is not interested to prosecute the case. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
