By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has disputed the electricity bill for the period i.e. from 11.2.2018 to 25.3.2018 filed as annexure-2 to the writ petition.
Sri Shyam Singh Yadav, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Awadhesh Kumar Saxena, learned counsel representing the respondent No.2 submits that the petitioner has remedy of filing a representation before the Executive Engineer for correction of bill under paragraph 6.5 of the Supply Code, 2005.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner files a representation before the respondent No.2, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
