Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.B. Yadav, the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Undisputedly, in the recruitment exercise which was initiated in 2013, the petitioner was declared medically unfit. The Appellate Board which was moved by the petitioner has also concurred with the opinion formed by the Medical Board. The petitioner never challenged the opinion so formed at that time.
Consequently, the Court finds no ground to entertain the petition at such a belated stage. Additionally, bearing in mind the principles enunciated by the Division Bench in State of Uttar Pradesh & 2 Others Vs. Rahul, 2016(3) ADJ 327, this Court finds no ground to entertain this petition, which lacks merit.
The petition is consequently dismissed.
