Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 17.10.2020, registered as Case Crime No. 0142 of 2020, under Sections 2 and 3 of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act ,1986 at P.S. Nagla Khangar, District- Firozabad.
The allegations made in the First Information Report clearly disclose commission of cognizable offences and the allegations are serious in nature, therefore, prayer of the petitioner to quash the First Information Report is completely misconceived and is rejected.
The writ petition is therefore without merit and is dismissed.
