The present petition has been filed challenging the transfer order, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Tehsil Sadar to Tehsil Shahbad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the transfer order is mala fide and in support of the said contention he has made averment in paragraph 15 of the writ petition that the father of the petitioner was called and was told by the District Magistrate that he will get his son transferred. Curiously, the said paragraph has been sworn on the basis of personal knowledge whereas admittedly the petitioner was not present on the said date when allegedly the District Magistrate told the word to his father, as referred to paragraph 15.
No good ground for interference is made out.
The writ petition is disposed off in terms of the order passed hereinabove.
