The petitioners pray for quashing of 22 first information reports without impleading the informant of a single FIR as party respondent.
In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to dismiss this petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petitions separately challenging the first information reports by impleading the informant of each case.
The certified copies of the first information reports may be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners after obtaining photocopies thereof.
