JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner complains of encroachments on puramboke land, including a public road and the side of a river by the fifth respondent. It is alleged that the fifth respondent has made a construction from which he is conducting a toddy shop. The building has not been numbered. Though the petitioner has submitted complaints to the authorities, no action has been taken thereon till date. Ext.P8 is still pending before the fourth respondent. He seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration thereof. 2. Since Ext.P8 is pending consideration of the fourth respondent, it is sufficient that the same is directed to be disposed of.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of, directing the fourth respondent to consider Ext.P8 representation in accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as 2 W.P.(C).No.31301 of 2014 expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent.
