JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners are students of BSC Computer Science Model III under the first respondent University. On the allegation of malpractice in the 2nd semester examination, the petitioners were interdicted from appearing from any further examinations. The enquiry having not been concluded, the petitioner sought permission of this Court to write the 4th semester examination, which is granted by Ext.P2 interim order. In the present case, despite the convening of the 4th semester examination, the enquiry with respect to the malpractice alleged in the 2nd semester is not yet concluded. In such circumstance, the petitioner can be permitted to appear for the 5th semester WPC.No.26758/2014 : 2 : examination, but, however, such appearance shall be subject to the enquiry proceedings and the result thereon.
Writ petition disposed of.
