Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this court seeking police protection, alleging threat from party respondents. It is contended that the party respondents 3 and 4 were threatening the petitioner and forcing to sell their property in favour of the third respondent. 2. Though notice was ordered in the case as early as on 4.4.2013 and service is complete no counter affidavit is filed. Even the petitioner has not taken any steps to bring up the matter before this court and accordingly we assume that no further threat is caused by the party respondents.
Having regard to the fact that no interim order has been passed, there is no necessity to continue the writ petition. Accordingly the same is closed.
