JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has already been granted by the respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents 5 & 6 has produced the proceedings of the Joint Director of School Education, Chennai-6 in Na.Ka.No.5046/V1/E1/2003 dated 25.11.2008, wherein it is stated that the petitioner's service was regularised in the year 1992 based on G.O.Ms.No.967 dated 16.10.1992.
3. Recording the submissions made on either side, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
