JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has filed this review petition inter alia contending that though the petitioner has submitted Ext.P2 application on 21/03/2013, the same was not considered so far. Therefore the petitioner is entitled for a deemed licence.
2. This Court had directed the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner within a period of two months. Even after the expiry of the said period, the licence is not renewed or rejected. Hence the petitioner has filed this review petition contending that he is entitled for a deemed licence and necessary declaration to that effect has to be made by this Court.
No statutory provision is brought to the notice of this Court to indicate that the review petitioner is entitled for a deemed/renewed licence. In that view of the matter, there R.P.No.362/2014 2 being no merits in the review petition, the same is dismissed.
