JUDGMENT / ORDER

The only prayer of the petitioners, who are rival operators of the 2nd respondent, is to hear their objections also before revising the timings of the 2nd respondent. 2. The learned Government Pleader submits that Ext.P1 notice has been issued only in compliance of the judgment of this Court directing consideration of revision of timings.
3. In the above circumstances, it is only proper that the rival operators are also heard and if Ext.P2 has been received in original in the office of the 1st respondent, necessarily the same shall be considered, when attempting to revise the timings of the 2nd respondent.
Writ petition disposed of.
