JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner was served with provisional order under Section 45B of the Stamp Act. The petitioner raised objection by way of Ext.P6. Thereafter, the District Registrar passed Ext.P7 order. It is stated in Ext.P7 order that the petitioner had not raised any objection against the provisional order and therefore, final order has been passed in terms of the provisional order.
2. On going through Ext.P7 order, I am of the view that this is in a printed form and the order has been passed without exercising a judicial mind. Therefore, after adverting to the petitioner's objection and hearing the petitioner, a reasoned order shall be passed by the third respondent.
W.P.(C) No.28357 of 2014 2 In view of the above, Ext.P7 is set aside. The third respondent is directed to reconsider the matter after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall raise his objection within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The order shall be passed within a further period of two months.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
