The complaint raised in this Original Petition is that the petitioner, who filed Ext.P1 application for withdrawing the suit, met with dismissal of the petition and he sought for carbon copy of the same on the very next day itself.
2. The application for getting carbon copy is produced as Ext.P2. The complaint of the petitioner is that so far the carbon copy has not been issued to him, the result being that he is unable to pursue his further remedy in that regard. In the meanwhile, the suit is listed for trial. This according to the petitioner, causes considerable inconvenience, loss and injury to him. He therefore prays that there may be a direction to issue the carbon copy of the order refusing the permission to withdraw the suit and till then, the trial may be deferred.

3. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed, it is felt that notice to respondents is unnecessary.
This petition is allowed and there will be a direction to the First Additional Munsiff Court, Neyyattinkara to issue carbon copy of the order dated 20.11.2014 passed in Ext.P1 application seeking to withdraw the suit, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of ten days from today and trial of the suit shall stand deferred by three weeks.
