JUDGMENT / ORDER

These two writ petitions are filed during 2013 when petitioners had permit to conduct the quarry. Admittedly the permit expired on 10.06.2014. In the light of said situation and the fact that environmental assessment clearance has to be obtained for revival of the permit which consumes some time, we are of the opinion, petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court, if fresh cause of action arises, after obtaining necessary permit.
Hence these writ petitions are disposed of.
