JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in connection with the investigation of the case registered in Crime No.346 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 420 I.P.C., and for other reliefs.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that Charge Sheet has already been filed in the criminal case and that it is yet to be taken on file. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) that no further enquiry or investigation is contemplated and hence, there is no harassment in this case.
4. Recording the said statement of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the Criminal Original petition is closed.
