The petitioner Panchayat has filed this writ petition seeking the following reliefs:- “i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents 1 to 3, to provide substantial expertise and supervision for implementation of Ext.P3 order, within specified schedules as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, so that within specified time limit the statutory proceedings could be completed in the interest of justice.
ii) to pass any such or further orders as the petitioner may seek and this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant.”

A counter affidavit has been filed by the fourth respondent producing Ext.R4(a) interim order passed by the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, Thiruvananthapuram stating that the fourth respondent has WPC 30322/2014 2 already preferred appeal No:1258/2014 against Ext.P4 proceedings of the Panchayat. As per order in I.A.2687/2014 the said order has also been stayed.
3. Heard. Since the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, Thiruvananthapuram is in seisin of the matter, it shall be sufficient to relegate the petitioner to the said forum, to agitate all the contentions in this writ petition in the appeal that is filed by the fourth respondent. Since Ext.P4 has been stayed, the reliefs sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted at this stage.
In view of the above this writ petition is dismissed reserving the liberty of the petitioner to agitate all the contentions raised in this writ petition in the appeal that is filed by the fourth respondent.
