The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 27.11.2012 passed in Application U/S 482 No. 35645 of 2012 (Anshuman Banka And Another vs. State of U.P. & Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by counsel for the opposite party that an affidavit of compliance has already been filed in the matter. It is stated in paragraph-14 of the affidavit of compliance that pursuant to the order passed by this Court an order was passed by the opposite party no. 2 by which no further proceedings is being taken in the case under Section 145 Cr.P.C. was stayed. In this view of the matter no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
