Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"i) issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 17.02.2017 registered as case crime no. 132 of 2017, U/s 363 I.P.C. and 7/8 Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, P.S.- Malpura, District-Agra (annexue no. 1) to this writ petition."
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing no. 390/2017 dated 09.09.2017, has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
