"i. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding to the respondent authorities to ensure safety and protection to the life and property of the petitioner and his family in accordance with law and to allow the writ petition with costs."
The dispute in the present petition is against the private persons.
Appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to approach the competent authority/Court with appropriate reliefs.
