Smt. Anshu Sharma petitioner no. 1 is present in the Court today and claims to be major. She has filed his Voter-ID in which her year of birth is mentioned as 1996. She has voluntarily married to Ravi Kumar @ Ravi petitioner no. 2. Their certificate of registration of marriage has been annexed as Annexure-4 to the writ petition.
In view of statement of Smt. Anshu Sharma, writ petition is disposed of with direction that petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 23.01.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 0054 of 2019, under Section 363 I.P.C., Police Station- Bahjoi, District- Sambhal till the submission of report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
