Petitioner has a remedy of preferring revision against the order dismissing his appeal, arising out of an order of dismissal, passed against the petitioner on 28.04.2015. Since the statutory alternative remedy has not been availed, as such, this petition is not entertained.
It is, however, provided that in case petitioner approaches the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today, along with certified copy of this order, the revision shall be entertained and shall be decided, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
