Sri Ashish Kumar, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Rahul Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner does not want to contest the matter and wants to withdraw the petition and in this regard, Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.5 of 2021 has been filed.
Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed and consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
