Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate legal action against the respondent nos. 3 and 4 and punish them for not performing statutorily duty. Further prayer has been made commanding the respondent nos.3 and 4 to show-cause why the first information report has not lodged despite having information of cognizable offence. "
Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A on the instruction apprise the Court that in the present matter, the first information report has already been lodged.
So far as the grievance of the petitioner, the same is already addressed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record.
