JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the CBCID, Pathanamthitta in Crime NO.356/CR/OCW-I/13 for the offences punishable under Sections 489A to C of Indian Penal Code. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per report of the Dy.S.P of the CBCID Unit concerned, there is no intention to array the petitioner as accused or arrest him now as further investigation is required.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well.
4. In the light of the above, the petitioner cannot have any apprehension of arrest now.

5. It is directed that, in case the investigating officer intends to question the petitioner, notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C shall be served on him.
The application is disposed of as above.
