ORDER The petitioner seeks for a writ of habeas corpus for production of his brother namely, the Detenue, Naiyer.
2. The learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents has filed a Status Report of Sri.G.C.Raju, Police Inspector, CCB, Mysuru City, Mysuru. He has stated that the accused namely, the Detenue, Naiyer is accused in Crime No.86 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections–395, 342, 481 and 201 of IPC. He was arrested on 26.09.2017 and produced before the IVth Additional I Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysuru on 27.09.2017. Consequently, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking to withdraw the petition. Under these circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The learned Government Advocate is permitted to file the memo of appearance within four weeks.
