JUDGMENT / ORDER

According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with some crime involving non-bailable offence registered at the Manimala Police Station. The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that to his instructions no such crime has been registered against the petitioners at the Manimala Police Station. The same is recorded and this Bail Application is dismissed.
