JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the Tr.C.M.P. came up for hearing on 07.02.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, it was directed to be listed on 10.02.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (17.02.2017), when the Tr.C.M.P. is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners, either in person or through counsel. Hence, the Tr.C.M.P is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
