JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner by way of this petition under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India challenged the order of transfer dated 4/8/2011.
Mr.
HH Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has already made a representation and as per the ratio laid down by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram: Hon'ble the Chief Justice Mr. S. J. Mukhopadhaya & Hon'ble Mr. Justice J. B. Pardiwala) in LPA no. 2277/2010 dated 17/2/2011, the respondent authorities has to consider the representation, so filed.
Mr.
Joshi, learned counsel submits that the petitioner shall also make further detailed representation to respondent nos. 1 & 2. It will be open for the petitioner to file such representation within a period of ten days from today. It is expected that the respondents shall consider such representations in accordance with law.
With these observations, the petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Direct service is permitted.
